Convert pfx SSL Certificate to crt/key combination

To extract a separate crt and key from a pfx a few openssl commands need to be used.

First, extract an encrypted key file from the pfx:

openssl pkcs12 -in [yourfile.pfx] -nocerts -out [keyfile-encrypted.key]

Then, extract the crt file from the pfx:

openssl pkcs12 -in [yourfile.pfx] -clcerts -nokeys -out [certificate.crt]

Finally, decrypt the encrypted key file:

openssl rsa -in [keyfile-encrypted.key] -out [keyfile-decrypted.key]
